REINCARNATION EXPERIMENT

HARE

Historical & Affinity Reincarnation Experiment

THE METHOD

Biography, history
and inner experience.

HARE is the framework I developed to explore the relationship between experiences reported in hypnosis, personal biography and historical material associated with possible past lives.

The enquiry moves between autobiographical writing, sessions and historical research. It looks for patterns, affinities and relationships, while returning to the meaning these experiences hold in the person’s present life.

The framework draws on my work with Kiera Hermine and on the authors and perspectives discussed throughout this website.

The name HARE also echoes the Sanskrit invocation Hare. In the Vaishnava tradition, Hare is a vocative form of Harā, associated with the divine internal spiritual energy. This spiritual resonance accompanies the experiment’s exploration of memory, affinity and inner transformation. Sanskrit reference ↗

TWELVE AREAS OF ENQUIRY

Follow the connections.

These twelve areas provide a structure for gathering, comparing and reflecting on the material. They are explored according to the person’s story.

Present-life background

Begin with the person’s current biography, context and relationships.

The question being explored

Identify what matters in the present and what the person wishes to understand.

Biography and hypnosis

Gather reported stories, images, events and memories through autobiographical writing and sessions.

Biographical comparisons

Place reported experiences beside the historical biographies being explored.

Physical traits

Consider perceived similarities in appearance or bodily signs as part of the enquiry.

Personality and behaviour

Explore parallels in emotional responses, habits and ways of relating.

Talents, tastes and vocation

Notice affinities, interests and patterns that feel significant to the person.

Health-related themes

Record themes described in the biographies while keeping clinical care separate from historical interpretation.

Writings

Compare writings and narratives, paying attention to context and meaning.

Family and transgenerational links

Explore family history and the connections the person perceives with other biographies.

Relationships and recognition

Consider perceived recognition of people and relationship patterns across the stories.

Unfinished themes and life lessons

Return to the present: what can be understood, integrated or approached differently?

An enquiry that returns to the present.

The purpose is to understand how an experience fits into a personal story and what it may change in the way the person relates to their life today. Experiences, their interpretation and the historical material are considered as distinct parts of the enquiry.
