“When the soul breaks through to consciousness, suffering is transformed into something other than pain. It becomes a source of understanding, wisdom, and spiritual evolution” (Seifer & Vieweg, 1997, p. 113). Thus, I believe that when personal, intergenerational and transgenerational traumas, karma, NDEs, PLMs, and reincarnation are seen as a complementary entangled opportunity to grow, they can transform into EHEs, “which are anomalous experience, such as mystical/unitive, psychic, encounter, unusual death-related, and ‘exceptional normal’ experiences, that, if worked with sufficiently, can foster transformative changes in the experiencer” (Rowe & Braud, 2015, p. 680). An individual who has experienced EHEs is then ahead of the curve in having recognized a new reality within herself. She then integrates it into her life and worldview to further her soul’s evolution. These experiences can be seen as “a necessary part of the cosmic manifestation [because] pain has an essential role in the soul’s growth” (Cortright, 2007, p. 183), which needs this expansion of consciousness to happen.
According to HEAR, this new way of looking at life allows the individual to change her emotional and mental programming by seeing her connection to her soul and the universe and the synchronicities that are there to help her grow. This then gives her a new experience of life that is more fulfilling and aligned. Her healing and inner transformation contribute to her soul evolution. Reality is then seen as the consequence of her thoughts and her need to connect to her soul in continuity with her previous lives and whom she deeply wants to become. Once connected, she will see that she has a stronger hold on her present life and can change external events through inner work that will have an influence on outer reality, and visa-versa. In the same way, she will understand “that anyone who really wants to understand how a human being functions must map the multi-dimensional maps of this global epigenome” (De Rosnay et al., 2018, p. 47) and apply it to her own present life in connection with her previous ones, and vice-versa.
It is essential for an individual to accept reincarnation as the manifestation of a soul-entity’s karma through many lifetimes and its manifestation through traumas and epigenetics, which she can act upon. Instead of multiple hypotheses, a global theory should be drawn around reincarnation and “epigenetics [to allow] a new understanding of our genes by giving weight to the primacy of the individual and his biography over his biological heredity” (Gouyon et Al., 2018, p. 123). That would allow the individual to have an expanded view of reality of which she is only seeing a small slice. Thanks to HEAR, she can contact her previous lives, transform herself and see her soul evolve.
